Life and Death

Baba says - One should die not to take birth again and take birth not to die again.

Why a person has to take birth again after death? 

The only reason is that the person has failed to take the opportunity of the current birth to wash away his previous bad 'karmas' by doing good deeds. Instead he has chosen to indulge in greed which is mother of all sins. Greed leads to Desire. Desire leads to Sankalp. Sankalp leads to Action. Action is recorded as a Karma in the Chitha which is gupt (latent) in the body and hence the cycle.

In simple words, one should do so much good 'karmas' in this life so that after death he does not have to take birth again. Or having taken birth, one must lead his life in such a manner that he dies only once and breaks away from the cycle of life and death.

में आहत होता हुं

मैं लोहे का नहीं हूँ , एक साधारण इन्सान हूँ
मैं दुखी हुआ था जब अपनों को YMCA में छोड़ा था
पर मेरा हर एक साथी सक्षम है,. इसका मुझे गर्व है
मैं एक मज़बूत विभाग को छोड़ के आया हुं, इसकी मुझे ख़ुशी है।


फिर भी में आहत हुं ---
कार  के  शीशे के बाहर फैले हाथ मुझे ज़िन्झोड़ते हैं
नन्हे नन्हे हाथों में प्रषाद डालते समय,  मैं रो पड़ता हूँ मंदिर के बाहर
मैं रो पड़ता हूँ उस बूड़े को देख  जो सड़क पर  बैठा खला में झांकता रहता है।
मुझे गुस्सा आता है इन बहरे राजनीतज्ञों पर जो जवानों की मौत पर सियासत करते हैं
मैं  आहत होता हुं , इसलिए के ये सब मेरे हैं , मेरे समाज के हैं , मेरे देश के हैं।
हाँ मैं  आहत होता हुं ,किसी अपने को परेशान देखकर।

मुझे आशा है ---
मैंने देखा है बिगैर टांगों के साधू को अमरनाथ जाते हुए
हाथों में खड़ाओं पहने वोह चड़ता चला गया बर्फीले पहाड़ , न थका , न रुका
मेरे साथ गया था वाडू दस हज़ार फुट की ऊँचाई पर बिजली महादेव  के दर्शन के लिए
वोह मेरा दोस्त वाड़ू जिसकी एक टांग में लकवा था , वोह हटा नहीं , वोह रुका  नहीं
रिक्शा चलाती औरतें देखी  हैं मैने ,
और देखें हैं दिन में  १६ घंटे काम करने वाले कामगर खेतों में  पंजाब के

मुझे उम्मीद है
अन्ना हजारे से , आम आदमी से ,
और भारत की मज़बूत विरासत से

The second inning

I have joined BSAITM today. My second inning as teacher has started. Is it a second inning? - perhaps not. It is a continuation of my missionary zeal to give to students what I have gained over the years. In fact the work place (कर्म स्थान ) has changed. I hope I will contribute towards uplifting of this institute to the best of my capabilities.
